Responsibilities Tasks Write quotations Water and care for plants, lawns and/or gardens Spread fertilizer, fungicides, herbicides, pesticides and other lawn maintenance products Perform various treatments such as pruning, spraying, repairing damaged areas and injecting treatment solutions Assess lawn condition Direct teams of workers responsible for the health and appearance of golf courses and surrounding landscape Examine trees and shrubs to determine problems and diseases Plan and coordinate the growth and use of plants for landscaping and used as decorations and other purposes Plant and maintain public and private lawns and gardens Plant and transplant trees
