# Responsibilities Tasks - Cut and style hair according to client instructions and preferences - Shampoo and rinse clients' hair - Shave and trim beards and mustaches - Provide hair treatments, such as waves, relaxers and dyes, and provide scalp conditioning massages - Apply bleach, perform color shampoos, dye or rinse hair in order to color, frost or highlight hair - Apply hair extensions - Clean and style wigs and hairpieces - Cut, trim, thin, curl, wave, perm and style hair - Recommend a hairstyle compatible with the client's physical characteristics and preferences
