Responsibilities Tasks - Supervise personnel (apprentices, stage assistants, design team, etc.) - Assign tasks to sales personnel - Plan and prepare exhibitions and permanent, temporary or removable installations in museums, trade shows, conferences, commercial spaces and for other demonstrations - Order merchandise - Authorize merchandise returns - Establish work schedules - Sell merchandise - Prepare reports on sales figures, merchandising techniques and personnel-related issues - Resolve problems that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages - Organize and maintain current inventory - Supervise and coordinate personnel activities Additional Information Personal Qualities - Customer-focused attitude - Effective interpersonal skills - Organizational sense - Reliable - Team spirit - Initiative
